    All men have unalienable rights: "We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness ..."

    All men are created equal. All men have basic human rights given to them by God. The only reason to have a government is to protect these basic human rights.
