Roosevelt. The deal was a counterattack towards the Great Depression focusing on the 3 Rs: Relief, Recovery, and Reform. Give relief to the unemployed Americans and the poor people. Recovery of America’s economy from financial crisis. And reforming the system in order not to experience the depression again.
