    Explanation:

    The Supreme Court is the Judicial branch of government established by the United States Constitution. It is the highest Court in the country comprising of 9 justices and all decisions arrived at is binding on the lower Courts.

    Usually, after the trial has been concluded in a case, the Supreme court does not give their decision immediately. Instead, a process of deliberation will be followed. Deliberation literary means to "discuss".

    When Judges of the Supreme Court deliberate on a particular case, they analyze the issues for determination, the brief of arguments and final written addresses of both counsel in a matter before they arrive at a final decision. After this, the judges will cast a vote and the highest vote will be the decision of the case.
