The supreme court in which chief justice john marshall ruled that georgia had no right to interfere with the Cherokee was the Worcester v. Georgia, 31 U. S. 515 of 1832.

    Explanation:

In 1832, the United Stated Supreme Court ruled that the Cherokee nation was sovereign. The chief John Marshall delivered a decision which claimed that Georgia hadn't any rights on the Cherokee territory. Unfortunately, the president Andrew Jackson didn't take this decision into account and determined to banish the Cherokee nation.
