Communication between others play a pivotal role when identifying the resources that can be employed to ensure mutual understanding.

Culture is about understanding, but also respect for differences and there is indeed an impact when individuals manage to identify the best of themselves and coexist with all the traits that each side has. Therefore, the contribution that can be left from these dynamics actually involve respect for differences which is relevant between individuals, groups, communities, regions and ultimately, countries.
