I would contributes towards the goal of the Darwin T. Turner Scholars Program, by volunteering by knowledge to the Black African community in the area of human capital development.

Explanation:

Young people from ages 16 and above, form our human capital development in the black community, as many lack strategic skills set that prepares them for the future. Thus by volunteering human capital development knowledge, relevant skills set would be groomed.
