    Explanation:

    The two factors were proposed by Schachter-Singer. It is also called emotional theory. The cognitive-emotional theories emerged largely in the 1960 s that is called the cognitive revolution in psychology. These two psychologists suggest that our physical arousal and cognitive map work together. This theory focused on the interaction between the physical arousal that occurs due to some of the stimulus and when we label that emotion cognitively. In other words, we can say that feeling arousal is not one component that occurs alone but it occurs with our cognitive function.

    For example:

    I saw a strange person walking towards me, my heart pounding and racing and heart rate and trembling caused by the fear and I got frightened
