The common process in which we learn and adopt this culture is known as socialization, during this process we are taught the langauge used in that culture and also what individual influence is expected from us.

For example man learn how to be sons, brothers, future fathers and husband's and also what we can do in our society.

We acquire every cultural aspects in our lives through daily interactions with all the people around us but also through Socialization process we get our personalities built up.

The process of socialization can build us up into better people when we learn particular positive values, attitudes and beliefs for example the family above has installed healthy living values to their children which is now passed from generation to generation.
