The following limitations should be placed on campaign donations and spending:

Donations to the political parties from outside the country should not be allowed as the money used for the donation can be laundered money. The spendings on election campaigns should be restricted as no restrictions would enable the parties to influence the voters using money. Campaign donations should be heavily taxed in order to cease unnecessary flow of money and money laundering.
