    Answer: A. True.

    Explanation:

Generally, a person whom have come to work in the society plays an important role in his family as the breadwinner. And some, having most of their life time spent on education qualifications and work experiences, they aim to improve their career performances (work longer hours, better communications etc.) in order to exchange for better quality life (comfortable and quality food for family, children's education, future investments, long term security, happiness etc.). Hence, if the worker understands that his needs that are currently important for the family's well being, will be satisfied and met, for sure he will improve and work better on his job performances in exchange for the needs of the current and future.
