The best answer from the research done on the internet, about the different evidence collection methods, and which of them are most likely to be acceptable by courts in a case, would be: DNA sample collections from criminal scenes.

    Explanation:

Although like all other types of evidence, DNA sampling can be tampered with and the evidence be damaged, it has been known that this method is almost always effective in creating a linking that might either prove the guilt of, or dissolve the charges against, a person being accused of a crime. Essentially, given the really stringent protocols that are now in place by criminal units, and the highly advanced methods by which experts collect and treat each of the biological samples on a crime scene, to investigate DNA connections, and the fact that DNA connections cannot be argued against in most cases, DNA sampling can become conclusive evidence to solve a case.
