    Customers might feel anxious and sometimes skeptical while buying something especially when it's a new and innovative product because of distress or uneasiness of mind caused due to the fear of misfortune and product quality uncertainties. This happens when the customers are not sure about the brand or the quality of the product the brand is selling to them.

    in solving this problem the company will have to invest in a positive publicity and marketing campaign which will give prospective buyers a good product assurance and will give them some sort of believe that they're getting more value for their money.
