The three political or cultural consequences of superimposed boundaries in Africa are as follow:

Internal struggle - - increased likelihood of religious, ethnic, or tribal conflict. External struggle- - increased likelihood of international, regional or cross border conflict migration--may increase number of refugees or IDP's (internally displaced person) traditional or seasonal migration patterns disrupted.

    Explanation:

Superimposed boundaries is such a boundary line or border line placed over by ignoring an existing cultural pattern or arbitrarily imposed by external powers. Internal struggle has resulted in the conflict between the different ethnics and tribes. The bloody and notorious fight between the two ethic communities in an African is continuing from the previous century and still devastating the humanity there. External struggle also resulted in cross-border conflicts as you can see there are many conflicts going on. The migration has increased in the number of Internally Displaced Person (those people who are forced to leave their homes or places but remain in their country).
