Describe different types of families

Nuclear family: The traditional family type structure. Family that contains two parents and children.

Single parent family: This family contains one parent raising one or more children on their own. It could be a single father or single mother.

Extended family: This family structure consists of two or more adults who are related, either by blood or marriage, living in the same house.

Childless family:Simply, a family that cannot have children or chooses not to.

Step family: this family consists of a husband, wife, or spouse and their child/children from previous relationship (s) or marriage (s)
