Motivation strategies involves incentives/reasons which spurs an individual to achieve a set goals especially in period of doubts. There are both positive and negative motivation. Positive motivation focuses on what will be gained if a goal is met while negative motivation focuses on the negative things that will happen if actions are not taken. A good motivation strategy for an individual or employees of a firm is tailoring rewards for the achievement of specific goals. Other strategies include; the use of positive thinking and speaking to motivate yourself of employees under your control, financial incentive, recognizing and rewarding good work, etc.
