Relationship with each other and caring for each other and those in need.

    Explanation:

According to Rita Manning, the central priority of ethics is to create positive relationships with people. Also, our duties to others arise out of responsibilities that we have not chosen mostly. They arise out of social structure and societal needs. Also, we do not have equal responsibilities to all people. According to Rita Manning, we have a prima facie duty or responsibility towards each other. This means that it depends upon our priorities and the importance of that responsibility. Manning suggests that we can limit our obligation to care for others by simply assessing the importance of those obligations to other people, their ability to do it and the significance of the needs associated with that obligation. Manning also suggests that we tend to overstate our obligations to care for others and it can be limited.
