It is not difficult to differentiate between a business that is socially responsible and one that is not, they can be identified on basis of expenditure for betterment of society.

If a company spends some of their profit for society (opening schools, spending on skill development etc.) then we can consider it as socially responsible while a company that is purely focused on making profits and doesn't care about the society then it can be labelled as not being socially responsible.
