Accoding to functionalism. how does a change in one part of a society as a whole

According to functionalist theory, society is made up of a certain structure in which every part of the structure has its own role that keeps society stable and functioning. It means that there is a balance between the parts of the systems, and when each part changes, the other has to change in order to keep functioning stably.

So for example, if one instructional structure, such as police force, changes, the parts of the law, which is the structure of a social fact, has to change as well, to meet the standard of a balanced society that is functioning in coordination.

Any change that disorganizes society breaks the stability and messes with public values. When one part is changed and dysfunctional, it affects all other problems, changing social facts, systems, and values.
