Explanation: It is, in fact, a difficulty that arises because of something we have learned before, and something learned earlier impedes us in learning new things. This, as in this example, is about learning new materials, which are harder to remember because of some of the materials learned before. What was learned earlier is actually a hindrance to learning something new. The interval between learning old and new material may be shorter than the interval from this example morning - afternoon. For example, if you want to memorise some data from the list, the data that is at the beginning of the list, and which we have already memorised, will always prevent us from remembering the data from the end of the list, that is, we will remember them with difficulty.
