Reciprocity refers to a social norm through which a person rewards a positive action with another action that it is also considered as positive.
Explanation:
Reciprocity is considered a social construct in which a person responds to friendly actions in a good way, it means that they are nicer as well as they are more cooperative. However, if there are hostile actions, people tend to be nastier and in some cases, they could act brutally.
Reciprocity is a way to build lasting relationships, and at the same time, make exchanges. Reciprocity is not only considered an important factor related to human behavior, but it is a powerful way to obtain someone's compliance through a request.
