A Lockdown is when a intruder or ''Bad guy'' in the building. the lockdown is when you have to be quiet and not say a word its for your safety and others. You must hide so the intruder don't find you the reasons for this drill is to keep you safe! You must remain this way until they give the all clear!

a lock down drill prepare students, teachers, and faculty how to react when there is a unauthorized person on school or work premises this person could potentially have a weapon so a lock down drill teaches students and teachers to stay away from doors, windows, and staying quiet to avoid alerting said shooter to their location.
