    B. Benefits and drawbacks of a potential global quality and standard manufacturing standards are:

    Benefits: uniform and international standards, common prices across board, larger market shares, reduced costs of publicity, reduction in the chances of faking the toys, Monitoring & Evaluation will be easier because of unfied standards, passage of the toys across nation's borders will be easier because of uniform standards.

    Drawbacks are : Not all target consumers can afford the prices across the globe especially, the developing economies, costs of frieght and custom duties may hike prices in some countries, overhead costs may increase due to costs of labour and raw materials in some countries.

    Explanation:Toys are usually not sold only in the country where they are manufactured but they are sold to other states too. This means they may not meet the standards of those states if they only meet the standards of their own original states.

    The benefits will be maintaining uniformity for the kids throughout the world but it may affect the business because they are many states all with their different standards, it may be impossible to try and create global Standards.
