Students assigned in condition (1) the student was not feeling well after drinking too much are most likely to provide an honest response.

Explanation:

A normal an common situation among young people is to drink or party, so an honest respond would be that they were drinking instead of studying, and getting ready for the exam. They are not likely to obtain an extension after saying this statement, but it certainly can be an honest one.
