In what ways do the development patterns of adult men and women appear to be merging

Women and Men have different and separated ways of development processes due to the traditional patterns.

Both are usually created in different ways, and this may be limited solely to the environment and their culture, but there are no men and women with different problems of maturity and entry into adulthood.
