    Most of the countries adopted technologies from industrial revolution in that time period. This made automobiles become much more affordable since its production become much more efficient.

    This increase the total ownership of things such as cars and motorbike.

    Because of this, the amount of oil that is used for transportation is also increased. In that time period, the average use of oil for transpiration increased from 2 million gallons a day to around 14 million gallons a day.
