Yes it is true that most of the United States media was controlled by 50 corporations in year 1983; it was around 93% of the media which includes paper media i. e magazines, books news feeds newspaper, radio, movie televisions and music etc. It was therefore dropped by half around 23 to 25 and by now five corporations dominated it.
