Answer: The Cieling effect

Cieling effect could be described as the state where a drug or a substance reaches a maximum effect, till the increase in drug usage does not affect it's effectiveness or how the drug will react any longer. It is also a way of measuring limitation that shows when the highest possible score or close to the highest on a test is attained, in this case making a doubt of the test process.
