Following are the reasons why the original plan for sharing alike did not work well: After the implementation of this plan, only a few people worked religiously and others preferred to rely on them for their work to be done. The laziness of people that relied on others went on increasing day by day. The ones who worked devotedly suffered from excessive work and their productivity decreased considerably. The imbalance in the distribution of work led to decrease in the output.
