    Explanation:

    leader-member exchange theory - it is a theory that focuses on the manager and employee relationship and focus on how they will reach their respective goal through coordination. it is first created by George B Graen in the 70s.

    The theory also states three levels of relationship between managers and his/her employees.

    1) Role - taking

    2) Role-Making
