    James Lange's theory is based on emotions reaction to stimuli. The James Lange theory is based on the physiological need of emotions. According to this theory when a person watches something, physiological and emotional changes occur. This experience arises our emotional reaction.

    This theory has been criticized and compared with another theorist. This theory was very influential in the study of human emotions. Many other researchers work on emotions. They relate emotions with a different physical reaction. It has been associated that whether the different emotions have a different reaction to the bodily changes.
