Middle man is a third person who initiates the process of a business or other kinds of deals between two parties.
Explanation:
A Middleman is an important person who is an intermediate between two parties in the business. Initially, he speaks parties in order to identify the idea of whether what are they exactly about. Then he matches the people who are in need and he shares all the information between parties.
So that he can earn trust from the buyer/seller or dealers. In case of any miscalculation between the dealers, middle man will get involved to solve the problem. Once he is successful with his deal he gets paid from both the parties.
