In a speech before the European Union, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom urged all nations of Europe to increase their funding of education programs. "Without the proper background in reading, math, and science, we cannot expect the students of today to become the productive workers of tomorrow. An investment in education is an investment in all our continued prosperity." The Prime Minister believes that if his idea is followed A) the GDP of European nations will suffer.
