    Labeling states that self-identity and how people behave is as a result of how others have labelled them. Meaning t hat when one is labelled as deviant can lead to the person having bad character. Examples of such labels are 'Delinquent', 'Addict', 'Psycho'.

    Delinquency can be described as illegal activities or violations of the criminal law carried out by juveniles (between the ages of 10 and 18).
