When the business models are fundamentally changed and challenge, disruptive changes occurs in the industry. It is a future change which is un-localized in nature. It is caused mainly due to the shift in market trends.

In case of disrupt changes in the industry, the top management tries to take appropriate steps and strategies to make new decision and reinvent the business models.

Apart from that they ferret out the reasons and decides when the adjustments are needed and what kind of adjustments are required for improving the performance as well as operating excellence.
