What specific fitness component do you want to improve? How will you change each of your activities over time so your fitness level will increase?     Answer:Obesity

    Explanation: I would really like to improve on my level of fat that actually resulted to obesity in the first place. Although I would have pass through emotional depression from people around me but instead, I would alternatively engage in my body fitness exercise for the main time. My friend and I would sit down and ironed it out and also giving them the reasons that I would not be going out with them.
