The person who will take an overlook of the things that are to be purchased for supporting the operations is an initiator. Those persons who has the controlling power of the access to decision makers is gatekeepers. Those people who have voice in the decision making process is an influencer. Those people who have the authority of decision making is known to be decider. Those person who is involving and managing the actual process of buying is a purchaser. Those people who are suing the products or services finally is known to be an user.
