In general terms, self-efficacy refers to our overall belief in our abilities to succeed in anyway possible. Self-efficacy, is based on the individual belief's in their own capacity to achieve. It also influences both the power of a person to face a challenge competently and what are the choices the person is most likely to make. In conclusion, self-efficacy refers to one's confidence that a person can perform any job, and achieve it in the best way possible. Therefore, people need to have self-worth to have good self-efficacy.
