What is the difference between high culture and low culture?

The high culture takes into account the voices with a recognized author, finding the expression of their individuality in the collective feeling, having a technical refinement, this being mainly a culture of the elites in counterpart we have the low culture where we can catalog the culture popular (which could be defined as the same voice, construction by individual and anonymous voices over the years) as well as mass culture (thousands of individual voices repeating a single arbitrary voice)
