The Constitution declared Pakistan as Republic.

Explanation:

According to "Article 1" of Constitution of Pakistan states that Pakistan shall be known as the ''Islamic Republic of Pakistan''. Also Islam is the state religion. It was created by the government of "Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto". It is also known as 1973 Constitution. It guides Pakistan's law, its political culture, and system.

They stated that no law should be passed which would be against Quran and Sunnah. Also, Parliament cannot make laws that would be against the Constitution.
