This demonstration has revealed in clear details to us that items tabled at the start up of a list and at the final stage of the list are easily recalled than items placed at the middle of a list.

If an individual wants to be remembered without difficulty by her interviewer, the individual would have a higher probability with greater chances of bring remembered if the person is among the first set of people to be interviewed or the person belongs to the last group of people that was interviewed.
