Option B "Private ownership allows people to decide how they will use their property, as long as they do not invade or damage the property of others".

The premise of personal property and that freedom to use the property in any ways the owner decides, is grounded on the respect for other's property as well, based on the Non-aggression principle (fundamental in the Libertarianism philosophy).
