B In Cuba and other Hispanic colonies African culture - seen as heretic acts - was suppressed and sometimes forbidden. It was tolerated in the American colonies.

D The Half-Way Covenant was a church document on membership, it was not about slaves.

E The other way around I would say, ¨I never go back to Georgia¨ is a line of a song called Manteca and is a clear statement that the Southern States were not very popular among afro-american people.

So, C remains and is supported by the fact that the percentage of slaves was a mere 2-3%. This was due to the indentured servants in New England.
