    Explanation:

    A mood disorder is a serious change in the mood, there are three groups: depressive, manic and bipolar disorder. These disorders can be caused by a neurotransmitter's inbalance or a disruption in the communication between the brain and the body, the main neurotransmitters that regulate the mood are serotonin and GABA (calming) and dopamine and norepinephrine (stimulating).
