Abania, a small country in the East, has a single, dominant party from which a leader is chosen through regularly held elections. Anyone can become a member of the party as long as they adhere to the rules of the party. The leader is chosen by free and fair elections where all the citizens of Abania can cast their votes. Is the country a democracy?
