When we look at today world, globalization has made many settings like the workplace or school a multicultural setting where people will often embrace multicultural approach to promote integration of different cultures.

An attitud of open mind and higher communication skills will encourgage people to sustain a permantent dialogue for mutual understanding and will benefit team building.

Societies will benefit from mutual understanding and rich particupation from everyone.
