    Fiedler contingency theory states that how effective a leader is, gets determined by the way how the leader performs his leadership skills or shows his effectiveness while dealing with a particular situation.

    The theory says that the leadership style of all the leaders are the same only but the effectiveness of the style can be scored in the way the leader behaves at a particular situation and how he deals with it and it depends on how the leader influences the other members of the group.
