When the new interviewers interviewed white job applicants, the white applicants been treated as African American job applicants in the first study experienced a loss of self - esteem and they also lost confidence and they where very much uncomfortable

although the job applicants in the first study did not confront the interviewers and also did not terminate the conversation as well, the interviewers did not also confirm the Negativity that the job seekers were expecting because they were trained and acted professionally.
