A flower shop owner has a home garage sale. Kamal purchases a radio at the sale and is told the radio is five years old; nothing is said about its quality. Once home, Kamal finds the radio is unusable. Kamal tries to obtain a refund, but the seller refuses.

Will Kamal win in a breach of warranty claim?

    Warranty only applied if you buy the product directly from the manufacturer or from a licensed merchants of that particular product.

    Kamal purchased that radio from a garage sales.

    Which means that it is most likely second handed, and There is a huge chance that the radio already broken due to the harsh usage of the first owner. That type of damage is not the responsibility of the producer/merchant and wouldn't be protected by a warranty.
