    I believe the answer to that question are powers that are not delegated to the federal enlivenment and therefore granted to the states, as long as they are not prohibited by the constitution. Hope that answers your question

    The reserved powers, as outlined in the Tenth Amendment, are all the powers that belong to the states because the Constitution does not delegate it to the government and does not prohibit them to the states.
