Design an experiment. Identify the explanatory and response variables. Describe the population being studied and the experimental units. Explain the treatments that will be used and how they will be assigned to the experimental units. Describe how blinding and placebos may be used to counter the power of suggestion.

    According to the provided information of the problem, the explanatory variable will be disturbance in driving from texting and the response variable will be the numbers of seconds' drivers takes to respond.

    There are two types of treatments that are, driving without any disturbance and texting while driving.

    While selecting the participants, it can be considered that only those participants must be selected who text while driving the car.

    Talking on phone calls while driving the car, type of phone will be a lurking variable for this study.

    Blinding can be used in this study by considering all that participants who never drive in their life.
